New release candidate with several bugfixes. Under the hood (in h5core) some refactoring has been done. Instead of "(time-)step" we use the more general term "iteration". This term is also used in openPMD standard (see https://github.com/openPMD/openPMD-standard/blob/latest/STANDARD.md)
