Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Last IPPL version allowing multiple LFields. According to some benchmarks we realized that only a single LField is used per MPI rank in our PIC applications. Hence, we remove this feature.
