This reverts commit 69985bb1.

- remove potential timer in PartBunchBase since it's not used in PartBunch.
  Add timer to AmrObject instead.

- return earlier in "compute-self-field" methods if no solver attached.

- add cpp file for AmrObject class.

- Reason of bug: Timer got not initialized --> index was 0 as for mainTimer.

- Remove also unnecessary timers in AmrBoxLib.cpp

It may sometimes happen that a particle does not belong
to the FabArray if we only update the base level. Reason is
yet unknown. Updating all levels seems fine.
