remove not implemented Distribution attributes: field, surface and dark current emission
cleanup and reduce includes

Implements tracking bunch back in time; replace queues for time step size, num time steps and zstop with class that stores all these informations in a list; let the SOURCE element absorbe all particles in case of back tracking; disables automatic centering of FROMFILE distributions;

fixing problem when reading a FROMFILE distribution in parallel. Now the number of particles is correct

automatically count the number of particles in a FromFile distribution and throw an exception if it isn't equal to the number in the first line

I added the sorting of the Eigenvectors in SigmaGenerator.h. I also implemented the renormalization method to ensure numerical consistence in Distribution.cpp. The code is working now, althought I dont know if the permutation plays a role in the matched distribution that is calculated

Gauss-Matched: Throw exception if 'FMLOWE' or 'FMHIGHE' attributes in 'CYCLOTRON' definition are missing.
