ParallelTTracker. Particle-Matter interaction doesn't work either at the moment.

- In case of Edison and Cori we should not
  call the find_package(Trilinos) command
  otherwise it uses the wrong
  TRILINNOS_TPL_LIBRARIES (i.e. instead
  of cray-tpsl/16.07.1 [that we need to load]
  it uses cray-tpsl/16.06.1 linked libs).
  This leads obviously to linker problems.

We need to add ${AMR_SRC} to the add_executable(opal ...)
command otherwise we get linker problems.

moving Classic into src directory and pack all objects into libOpal since Classic also depends on libOpal

	- BoxLib has to be compiled with -DBL_USE_FORTRAN_MPI
	  otherwise the multigrid solver does not work (MPI problem).
	- Update CMake of OPAL due to circular dependency of BoxLib libraries
	(i.e. cboxlib depends on fboxlib and vice-versa)
	- Amr test case contains now solver.

OPAL can now be compiled with AMR enabled (default: OFF).

classic/5.0/src/ and src/ whenever the repository changes. This helps to
reproduce simulation data since the git revision string is written to the
stat file as well as the H5 file. Sofar this string has been updated only
when one runs cmake. This causes a mismatch between the logged git
revision and the revision that corresponds to the binary that produced
the data.

To facilitate your local install and future improvements of the hooks
consider applying the script hooks/create-hook-symlink.sh.

CMakeLists fix for Intel compiler + DKS, ParaleTTracker DKS update for numparticlesinsimulation after material

fixing restart: can now (again) restart from any step in any H5Part file that was written for/with OPAL; SDDS file and load balance file are rewound to an s-position less or equal as in the H5file

cleaning up unit tests; make sure to install gtest somewhere and to export the corresponding variable first, there is an install script under tests/tools
