CXX=mpicxx cmake ~/svnwork/ippl/projects/mc4-new/ creates the build structure. Check out the ReadMe in the top directory to see errors that we still have w.r.t. compiling. At the moment the FFT solver does not compile with a lot of (probable C++) related messages. Merge branch 'develop' into svn: get rid of half of the remaining warnings (just earned half of a video game!); __GNUC__ is also defined when compiling with the intel compiler since intel uses stdlibc++ (and its header files), but the pragmas should only apply to the gnu compiler
