Problems with flexible collimator when used with optimizer
I am getting messages like this:

All simulation in progress, at the time when the optimisation is killed, are terminating just fine.
There is the new flexible collimator involved and a constraint w.r.t. number of particles.
When removing the flexible collimator the optimisation works just fine.
Will add input files later. Need to catch my airplane now!
