Stripper Element not losing any particles
Discovered by @ext-calvo_p . The stripper element is not recording any particles.
This is due to a forgotten bunch->get_bounds() statement. This was introduced in commit 60b4de13 and 57787997 (OPAL-2.0)
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
