Distinguish bunches in probe

Summary

It is currently not possible to distinguish single bunches in a probe in case of multi-bunch simulations. Although the ID and turn number are given it is somehow not possible to get a single bunch. Saving the bunch number (an attribute of PartBunchBase) will help to overcome this issue.
