Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Update physical constants

Checking the values of physical constants in Physics.h, it is observed that they must be updated with more precise values according to 2018 CODATA recommended values

I think it would be nicer if m_h is added to Physics.h instead of a member.
