Move AMR test directory to other repository
The AMR tests in ippl/test/AMR will be moved to https://gitlab.psi.ch/frey_m/AGMG as part of issue #291 (closed).
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
