Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

cleanup: remove readline support in Classic parser

The TerminalStream class features support for the readline library. But this is not used for the time being, untested and adds one more dependencies. Since this was never supported in OPAL, readline support should be removed.
