Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Replace all algorithms in src/Algorith/bet/math

As discussed in #461 (closed):

The files are copied from the book "Numerical Recipes" and are under a non-free license. We have to get rid of everything in src/Algorithms/bet/math asap!
