Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Undocumented Actions

I went through the list of "Actions" (like TRACK, SAMPLE, and OPTIMIZE) in Configure.cpp. The following commands are undocumented:

Envelope (ENVELOPE)
MakeSequence (MAKESEQ)
MatchCmd (MATCH)
MatrixCmd (MATRIX)
Micado (MICADO)
MSplit (SPLIT) / Aperture (APERTURE)
SetIntegrator (SETINT)
ThreadAll (THREADALL) / ThreadBpm (THREADBPM)
Twiss3 (TWISS3)

Can these be removed, or do we have documentation somewhere?
