SAAMG crashes after 1000 steps
The SAAMG solver crashes after 1000 steps since the matrices are deleted in deletePtr and the boolean isMatrixFilled_m is not reset.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
