Manual error
I have remembered on that mistake I probably found in the OPAL manual. It concerns with 3DDynamic field map chapter (pages 207-208). There is an example of such field map file - Fig.C14 showing the values ordered in XYZ orientation - it means the index in z-direction changes fastest, then the index in y-direction while the index in x-direction changes slowest. According to this orientation I think there is a mistake in Table C.9. I think there are interchanged X and Z values concerning field map boundaries , Electric field values as well as Magnetic field values. Also following description of the table is consistent with Figure C.14 caption considering XYZ orientation. So I think table C.9 should be corrected.
For better understanding I have attached the picture of the problematic table (page 207).
