Check read of FROMFILE distribution
There is an OpalException in Distribution::createDistributionFromFile to check if the external file of the initial distribution exists. But it is not working in parallel environment.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
