Fix particle definition

  • The BEAM command must verify that the particle definition (PARTICLE or MASS and CHARGE) has been explicitly set.
  • Likewise, the proper assignment of NPART attribute must be checked (it must be positive).
  • The CARBON charge value is erroneous
