Improve standard output

Some items in the standard output can be improved to make it easier for the user to read parameters, unifying messages within their group and eliminating duplicate parts within the code.

Some examples about that:

  • Parameters of BANDRF cyclotron type are vectors, but only the initial value is printed in the output.
  • DISTRIBUTION command must show the units of the input moment, output file when WRITETOFILE is enabled…
  • The output of the RUN command is duplicated in each of the OPAL flavors.
  • Unify style for units and filenames
