Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Reported by Sherlp: AMR solver types are not declared as PredefinedString in FSTYPE attribute, so all simulations will be finished in an exception.
This bug had gone unnoticed until now because the AMR regression tests are not enabled (see regression-tests#95 (closed)).
