Missing attributes values for AMR solver
The attributes ITSOLVER and AMR_MG_REUSE are not considering all the options described in the Manual for the AMR Poisson Solver.
The lists of accepted predefined string values have to be extended.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
