test_field.py failing test

Test is failing:

tests/opal_src/PyOpal/PyObjects/test_field.py

Segmentation fault because Ring.cpp refPartBunch_m is set to nullptr during Ring::finalise(). The refPartBunch_m is a borrowed reference and can be left as not null.
