Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

The closed orbit finder for OPAL-cycl is not working since !566 (merged). setBFieldType was moved to ParallelCyclotronTracker::visitCyclotron, but it has to be called before for ClosedOrbitFinder.
fieldType_m must to be declare directly when the cyclotron element was read.
This bug was skipped from regression test RingCyclotronMatched
