Time Dependent Multipoles

Summary

We would like to implement pulsed magnets such as kickers and ramped magnets such as AC dipoles

Detail

At the moment there is a "time dependence" plug-in implemented to do time dependence in RF cavities in order to model synchro-cyclotrons and FFAs. We would like to extend this feature so that it can also model time-dependent magnets. This supports kicker magnet simulation (e.g. for FFA injection) and synchrotron modelling.
