RFCavity and frequency modulation

For long term tracking with variable frequency RF cavities or large frequency swings, as the frequency changes we get a phase offset accumulating from the change in frequency. An additional phase offset must be implemented to account for this frequency shift, otherwise the sinusoid becomes not sinusoidal.
