module sub-cmd --help bugs

Oops:

$ module load --help
/opt/psi/Tools/Pmodules/1.0.0rc10/libexec/modulecmd.bash: line 87: Help: bad array subscript

$ module add|display|keyword|rm|switch --help
/bin/getopt: unrecognized option '--help'

$ module initclear|initlist|refresh|update --help
# loops endless

$ module dependencies|sync  --help
module: unknown sub-command -- sync

This should be equivalent to module help sub-cmd.
