prepend to PKG_CONFIG_PATH and CMAKE_MODULE_PATH

Prepend the directory

  • ${PREFIX}/share/pkgconfig to PKG_CONFIG_PATH if dir exists
  • ${PREFIX}/share/cmake to $CMAKE_MODULE_PATH if dir exists
  • ${PREFIX}/share/${name}/cmake to $CMAKE_MODULE_PATH if dir exists
