Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

modbuild: cleanup source and build directory before and after building

Till now files in $PMODULES_TMPDIR/<module are removed after a successful build if not explicit disabled. In some cases it has some advantages to remove these files before starting to build.
