build-system: make --strip-components configurable
tar is called with --strip-components 1. This works in most cases, but sometime more or less components have to be stripped. This can be solved by adding this information to the url specification.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
