Description

This MR transitions from scibec to BEC Atlas.

Type of Change

RedisConnector and Serialization

  • send won't raise if the message is not a bec message
  • added mget
  • fixed support for json serialization

BEC Atlas

  • removed SciBec
  • added connector logic for BEC Atlas
  • added metadata handler
  • added Atlas forwarder

Definition of Done

  • Tests for atlas forwarder
  • Tests for atlas metadata handler
  • Documentation is up-to-date.
