Toolbar with popup options for widgets

We discussed that it would be nice to be able to add a few widgets that give status feedbacks to the toolbar (i.e. label and status icon). This includes bec_server_box, bec_queue and in future any status view for instance for beamline_checks. The Icon would indicate the state of the widget (or number of scans in queue), where as upon clicking on the icon the full widget would open in a popup window.
