Change Alignment1D ui file to inherit from QMainWindow

"The .ui file for Alignment should be created as a QMainWindow in Designer to fully utilize features such as docks, status bars, menu bars, etc. Ideally, this requires rebuilding the UI file in Designer, but it’s not a major task since there are currently not many elements."
