Premature end of scan

A seemingly randomly occurring, yet reproducible error is occurring (no error message) where a simple XAS or simple XAS with XRD scan is successfully started. The validation completes, the motion of the monochromator starts, the item in the scan list changes to RUNNING status, however completes and is removed from the scan list prior to the actual requested scan length. The mono motion continues until completion of the scan.
