Collection of matlab scripts used to process XMCD-STXM and TR-STXM images

Here I want to collect Python tools for data analysis and maybe later also for job control.

Toolbox to perform simulations with Astra and Poisson Superfish from Matlab. It allows to parametrize the simulation setup and perform optimizations in a very flexible way. Initially developed by Mattia Schaer in his PhD thesis.

Script to integrate and plot voltage noise density [nV/sqrt(Hz)] of exported CSV data from FFT analyzer. The integrated output is plotted as cumulative and absolute noise [uVrms].
