Correct eV to eV/c for momentum in the manual

Refers to OPAL/src#649 (closed)

From this email

I would think, the equation for conversion between betagamma and eV in Chapter 15.2 of Version 2.4 manual is not correct. It is the conversion between betagamma and eV/c. If opal converts a sigma_p in eV to betagamma internally with this equation, and generates the bunch accordingly, the result is then different from the previous version, see the equation in Chapter 7.2.4.1 of Version 2.0.2 manual. By the way, here the text is also confusing, as P should be given as eV, not in eV/c.

it seems that manual is a bit confusing. The formula is correct, and was corrected recently as it was wrong in the old versions. In the manual we should specify that the input momentum is P in [eV/c], and not P in [eV]
