Update FROMFILE type distribution

Related to OPAL/src#701 (closed)

A comment should be added at the section "FROMFILE Distribution Type" stating that when using a FROMFILE type distribution, the momentum in the BEAM command should coincide with the mean momentum of the particles in the file.
