Update FIELDSOLVER attributes
Since OPAL/src!491 (merged), some attributes of the FIELDSOLVER have been declared with predefined string values, changing the names of some of them. The Manual should be updated accordingly
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
