Modify documentation for Opal-cycl units
Since OPAL/src#773 (closed), the internal units of cyclotron are SI. Then, the subsection 3.1.1 could be removed to avoid misunderstanding.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
