Cleaning of opt-pilot repo
Going through the files I noticed that the following files are currently not in use (possibly more):
- Optimizer/EA/PisaVariator (seems superseeded by new FixedPisaNsga2)
- Drivers/oneMaster.cpp
- Drivers/hwloc.cpp
- Comm/Topology/HwLocCommTopology.h
- Optimizer/homotopy directory
@ineichen : Can these be indeed removed (of course they will still be available through the history) or be put in an "obsolete" folder?
