Fix tests that use default `P0` and `FROMFILE`
Due to issue src#701 (closed) we need to update tests that were using the default momentum or gamma, and also read a FROMFILE distribution
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
