Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

    AMR: Initial particle box · 87ee8e55

    The particles cannot live without a box. Therefore, we initialize
a default box when initializing a bunch. This can still be changed
later on through the ParGDB class (i.e. BoxLibLayout).
