    @frey_m: Note that without this renormalization the tracking won't work for low energies ( E < 75MeV). It just ensures that the Eigenvalues are positive.

    @cortes_c This change messes up all regression tests. Without that it's still fine http://amas.web.psi.ch/opal/regressionTests/master/results_2018-08-29.xml We need to check first the reason of failing regression tests with this renormalization.
