review of master CMakeList.txt and CMakeList.txt of OPAL and IPPL plus required changes in the source code

- added again, there are some problems with the module provided by cmake

- more conflicts resolved

- formatting changes
- type in Intel compile options fixed

Instead of writing the restart file name of the H5-file, the input file base name
with extension *.h5 was printed to standard output.

Check firstParticle >= lastParticle

Remove deprecated assertion.

Fix reading multibunch injection file *-onebunch.h5

- bug fix: overflow in AMR-MG
- write solver SDDS file according to error criteria specified (L2, LINF or L1)
- main CMakeLists.txt: use add_compile_options instead of CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS also in case of AMR
- multi-bunch-mode:
  * add input parameter MB_ET
  * remove unused parameter NNB
  * read newly injected bunch always from H5 file instead of keeping in memory
