compile optimiser chapter: commented out unknown definition (to be fixed properly\!) and unused nomenclature definitions

add packages for optimiser chapter; replaced MnSymbol library to avoid overfilling the math family slots

Conflicts:
	src/Distribution/Distribution.cpp

adding option SCALABLE to distribution to make generation scalable. Time dependency and scalability can be chosen independently
