- set OPAL version to 1.5.2

this covers issue #71 to some extend in OPAL-1.6. A more thorrow solution should be discussed in Erice  Issue #47

remove particle with ID=0 only in cyclotron tracker; This will still lead to wrong results in the cyclotron tracker

fixing annoying bug: only the first cavity with 3D fieldmap got correct results; reported by N. Neveu

- fixing issue #29: file was opened read-only instead of write-only

In case of a multi-bunch simulation with

MBMODE=FORCE (in OPAL input file)

the npart_mb, q_mb, p_mb, m_mb and r_mb are not set. Leading to a segfault.
I did as provisional fix in ParallelCyclotronTracker::Tracker_Generic()
(A 10 bunch simulation worked without errors).
