Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

ID0 particle replaced in the h5 file

Please check:

  • if the ID0 is still replaced in the h5
  • if the reference particle is stored as ID0. If yes, we could have the same problem with the beam size
