Implement improved and low energy CSR methods
The formulas to compute the CSR kick that is current used workes only for high energy beams. Better formulas such as D. Sagan's exist and are well tested.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
