Extend the list of symbolic constant

The physical constants recognized by OPAL must include all the particle masses defined in the Beam command. This prevents the user from defining a value for the mass that differs from the value considered internally by OPAL.

  • Define masses as standard constants (see !487 (merged))
  • Update documentation (see OPAL/documentation/manual!124)
