@snuverink_j this fix has been discussed and approved in MR !135 (merged). Without compilation on macOS 10.14 will fail.

@snuverink_j isn't the problem equivalent to https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSLTBW_2.1.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r1.cbclx01/overload_member_fn_base_derived.htm? Either we have to use the using statement or implement a method overriding the method of the base class.
