Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Resolve "SIndex<Dim>::clear() template method not compiling"

This MR will:

  • clean up unneeded inheritances to the class RefCounted.
  • remove unused file RefBlock.h
  • fix compilation of SIndex
